Look who’s talking-Rachelle Garcia Russo

Each year the Valli Group recognises staff excellence in customer service. This particular award goes to the person or team who has delivered an act of customer service that really stood out as a unique achievement. Something that easily goes above and beyond the call of duty, a story that has been told and will continue to be told time and time again.

The Barradells team from AH Mertons was the winner of this award.

Here we chat to Rachelle Garcia Russo, also the winner of the AH Mertons Dispense of the Year 2015 Award, about what the awards means to her.

Valli   How did you feel when you won your awards? Where are they now?

Valli   What’s the one accomplishment you’re most proud of and why?

Rachelle Garcia Russo    My son who is two, because he is perfect. I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant with a little girl.

Valli   If you had only one word to describe yourself, what would it be?

Rachelle Garcia Russo     Unique!

Valli    What’s your passion?

Rachelle Garcia Russo      Chocolate, any chocolate…my sweet tooth has gone wild!

Valli    If you were an animal what would you be?

Rachelle Garcia Russo    I would be a Cow – they have the most gorgeous eyelashes.

Valli     Who do you admire the most?

Rachelle Garcia Russo      My Husband – for putting up with me.
