I am also keen on using the latest innovations when it comes to visual solutions, which is something that KVIN does for its members. The opportunity to become involved with this local charity arose and I am delighted to devote my time and expertise. I am hoping I can help take the charity forward and raise awareness of the fantastic service this charity offers to people with visual impairment and help as many people in the Kirklees area as possible.”
Founder member and Chairman of KVIN David Quarmby said: ”It’s great to get someone with the knowledge and skills as Moin as a trustee on our Board and we hope that we can extend the support that we offer to more visually impaired people.”
Moin Valli added “Eye health is imperative to prevent premature loss of sight for many people and we know that a regular eye examination will highlight disease early, allowing the best possible outcome. As a community optician we encourage everyone to have a regular eye test regardless of whether they think they have a problem.
