You can choose to walk the full eleven miles or just part of it. If walking’s not your thing then why not just join us for a cuppa?

Collect your registration form from one of our four practices or contact info@valliopticians.co.uk and we will email one to you. Registration is only £3 and all proceeds go to the Forget-Me-Not Charity.
